Shipping
Products that are labelled “Special order” include import and shipping cost to Jamaica

Pickup is available at our Kingston location (47e Old Hope Rd Kingston 5) or 28 Church St. Montego Bay . Shipping cost will be determined by delivery location and weight of item.

Warranty
Almost all items marked “local” come with a one year manufactory warranty. Cannon products don't carry any warranty. Other warranty periods other than this will be labelled in product description.

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for “special order” items that need to be fixed. We will pay the return cost of goods to Jamaica .

All Sales are Final. Returns must me made within 7 days. Products must be in original unopened packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee that applies to all returns.

Ordering

Payment
You may pay by credit card but if you don't have a credit card you make payment with cash at any local NCB branch near you. Just simple place order online and chose the bank deposit option. After order is complete there will be instructions on how to make payment or you can call our customer service team for assistance.

Credit card orders over 8,000JA require special instructions. A call or email to head office is required for details on what additional information is required.

Cheque payments can also be made for companies. You must be first complete application before using this option.

Taxes
GCT charges are not included in prices. Taxes will be added to total at time of checkout.
