 SHIPPING POLICY
We ship island wide to all parishes island wide via Tara, Knutsford Express and Airpack.
Rates
There is a flat rate of $500 dollars for goods that are less than 10lbs and this charge is automatically added to your invoice. Goods that are more than 10lbs will have additional charges which will be reflected on the invoice.
We offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) Shipments via wireless and debit card payments to cooperate area customers. We require pre-payment for orders valued at $10,000 and more prior to shipment. If payment is made with Pay Pal or Western Union this restriction is not applicable.
Cooperate area customers can either pay via telephone banking (NCB Only) or request a barer to visit with the wireless card machine to Pre-Pay for goods then have goods delivered .This service is offered for debit cards only. It applies only to retail customers and does not apply to business customers. Business customers are approved on a case by case basis. If payment is made with Pay Pal or Western Union this restriction is not applicable.
Delivery
We offer next day delivery if:
• We have stock of ordered goods
• The order is received before 3pm
• Payment is approved
Same day delivery
If goods are purchased in the morning before 11 am then goods can be shipped same day to corporate area customers at no additional charge. (This service is only offered if the order is not more than 10lbs).
Store Pickup
Customers have the option to pickup goods at anyone of our store locations. If this option is used there will be no shipping charge once the order is less than 10lbs. (Please call customer service for orders over 10lbs.)
Warranty
All items sold come with a minimum warranty of 7 days and the warranty will be stated along with the product description.
If items are defective you must present a copy of the invoice along with the product at any of our branches to exchange it or receive a credit note. This must be done within the warranty period.
You will be required to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department prior to returning the product. Please advise the customer service representative which location you will be making the return for exchange so that the necessary arrangements can be made in order to save time.
We pick up your phone for repair
You can now have your phone repaired without having to come to us because we can come to you. We will send a representative (Corporate Area only) to your business or home to pickup your phone. Our agent will conduct required phone checks and then you make a payment (via Debit card only). Your phone is taken back to our repair center for detailed checking and repair.
Loaner Phones
Loaner phones are provided based on availability. Please contact our sales department for applicable rates.
